Terms of use

The service Vistroam provides English- and Arabic-language discovery of selfie and companion-portrait backdrops in Riyadh, Diriyah, Jeddah and Qiddiya. It does not currently sell admission, bookings, subscriptions, downloads or physical goods through this experience. Operator identity and monitored contact details are not yet configured. Responsible use Use sign-in methods you control, provide accurate information when requested and protect your access codes. Do not impersonate people, manufacture engagement, submit false rights evidence, bypass permissions, access private records or disrupt the service. An account does not grant access to another person’s private collection or evidence. Visiting and photographing A listing is not a reservation, endorsement or permission to enter or photograph. Confirm current venue rules, tickets, opening times and accessibility. Respect worship, private property and other people’s consent. Do not obstruct routes, cross barriers, enter traffic or climb to recreate an image. Map points and light suggestions are not verified camera instructions. Content rights Material remains subject to its respective owners’ rights. Using Vistroam does not transfer ownership of photos, artwork, fonts, software or venue branding, or grant you commercial reuse permission. Public social posts are not reuse licences. Material you suggest must be lawful to share; a suggestion link enters private review and does not authorize copying its image. Contributions and external services Public visitor uploads and comments are not currently enabled. A future contribution feature will need its own permissions and controls; these terms do not claim a perpetual licence to future uploads. External destinations have independent terms. Advertising, if enabled, must be identified. Genuine testimonials need permission; hypothetical examples are not reviews. Optional Google Maps data Where live Google Maps ratings are displayed, their use is also governed by the Google Maps additional terms at https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and Google privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google Maps ratings remain distinct from actions recorded on Vistroam. A rating does not establish present access, safety, photography permission or approval of this guide. Outdoor planning The separate outdoors guide includes submitted references beyond the starting cities. Routes, distances and place points can be approximate, and some references may overlap or lack a verified pin. They are not approved campsite boundaries, verified vehicle entrances or permission for overnight stays. Check current restrictions, weather, road conditions and the responsible authority’s arrangements before travelling. Availability and account choices Information can be incomplete, historical or unavailable, and listings may be corrected or withheld. Available account privacy tools support recent-authenticated export and deletion subject to applicable retained-record safeguards. No particular governing law, court or arbitration process is selected here. Nothing in this notice removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
