Cookies and browser storage
Necessary storage
Session and request-protection storage supports sign-in, form security and requested collections. The inventory on this page displays the actual configured session-cookie name and lifetime. Authentication storage can vary with the chosen sign-in method. These mechanisms do not constitute advertising consent.
Preferences
manwar-consent-v1 stores optional category choices and their timestamp in local storage for up to 180 days. The historical key is retained for compatibility. vistroam-theme stores the selected light/dark appearance until changed or cleared; the older nimsar-theme key remains for legacy screens. Browser blocking or unavailable storage can prevent a choice from persisting.
Outdoor guide suggestion
When the platform’s own outdoor-guide suggestion is enabled, vistroam:outdoor-suggestion:seen stores the value 1 in sessionStorage for the current browser-tab session to avoid showing it repeatedly. It is first-party functional browser storage, not an advertising cookie, analytics identifier or third-party tracker. It contains no account or device identifier.
Optional services
Maps connect to their provider only after map consent and an explicit request. Advertising is off by default, with no public ad slot or provider request while disabled. A custom promotion has no embedded ad tracker. Google advertising requires its readiness, consent-platform and consent signals before loading. When analytics consent is given, Vistroam records deduplicated place-detail views and directions clicks for discovery ordering. These are browser actions, not verified people or physical visits. A daily keyed session hash is retained for at most 30 Saudi calendar days by the scheduled cleanup; no IP, email, user agent, search text or referrer is stored in this measurement table. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track stop these events. An analytics choice does not activate an external analytics supplier. External links operate under their destinations’ own storage practices.
Change your choice
Cookie settings lets you reject optional categories, accept them or customize them, and reopen the controls later. Revocation removes active optional map/ad content. It cannot recall data already received by another service or automatically clear that service’s cookies. Deployment and supplier changes may require updates to the inventory.

Maps load only when requested and permitted in Cookie settings. Optional advertising is off by default. If activated, the provider inventory and applicable consent process must be reviewed before launch. No analytics tracker is enabled by the default application.
